Fish was reheated and batter was dry and hard, very disappointing, I've ordered lots of times my last 4 orders have been very poor quality,hate giving this kind of review

Only problem we ordered a large bag of chips and didn’t receive them I tried calling but couldn’t get through the bill came to £33.06,but the food as always is good

As always, great food very well cooked. Excellent portion size. The large fish was very large (perhaps a whale in a former life???). The calzone was well packed and very tasty. This is why we've been using Frankie's since they opened and will keep using them.

It took nearly 1hour and 50 minutes for delivery, food was good and hot so cant complain to much..

l will be using Frankies again only thing tonight the chips were on the cold side not had that problem before maybe the delivery driver had to do a few delivery.s before he got to me l understand that and its winter time nice large Fish and nice Haggis dont take it to heart once again Thank You

Ordered a fish supper and a white pudding supper. No chips with white pudding. Had to phone to order the other half of my supper, then chips came with no salt and vinegar. Food was only slightly warm too. Not great.

We order often and collect. Recently on past few orders they have been late. Recently my order today I made the order at 6pm.told it would be delivered ASAP 7pm. Didn't arrive until 7.15pm and x2 calls I had to make.

Really disappointed with my app collection order, the waiting time was 25 minutes and I got there within 10. The fish was already sitting in the hot cabinet when I got there so clear wasn’t fresh I live 5 minutes away by the time I got home it was cold, stale and dry no crispy on the batter. Is a real shame because the chips were so delicious and would have definitely been my go to chippy if the fish had been fresh
