Ordered a fish supper and a white pudding supper. No chips with white pudding. Had to phone to order the other half of my supper, then chips came with no salt and vinegar. Food was only slightly warm too. Not great.

We order often and collect. Recently on past few orders they have been late. Recently my order today I made the order at 6pm.told it would be delivered ASAP 7pm. Didn't arrive until 7.15pm and x2 calls I had to make.

Really disappointed with my app collection order, the waiting time was 25 minutes and I got there within 10. The fish was already sitting in the hot cabinet when I got there so clear wasn’t fresh I live 5 minutes away by the time I got home it was cold, stale and dry no crispy on the batter. Is a real shame because the chips were so delicious and would have definitely been my go to chippy if the fish had been fresh

Timely delivery, food fresh, hot and as ordered. Felt sorry for the poor delivery driver as the rain was pelting down. He still managed to say, "enjoy your food"!

Having had a beatiful fish supper a few weeks back i decided to order one again. The fish was no where near as big or tastey as previous one. It also took nearly 2 hrs for delivery

Food was brilliant and the service friendly happy and so helpful when I wanted to add something to my order after ordering online And it was ready they went a step further on serving me fast 100% recommend

Fish soggy, cold and batter was chewy. Sausages had a weird taste and there was no salt & vinegar as asked for. Delivery driver also stunk of weed. Put us off our meals. Won't be trying here again

We collected our food and only live 2 min from the restaurant, but the food was quite cold, the chicken was very dry and the white pudding was over cooked very disappointed as usually very good chip shop

Food was oily, cold and tasteless - delivery times shown on website were also misleading

This was our first time using the app to order. Certainly not our first time using Frankies which has got to be one of, if not the best in Dundee. Always delicious fresh food and great service to match.

16 inch 2 topping pizza , large fish and chips & a donner , chips & cheese hoagie for £27 . All tasty , well worth the money

Had many deliveries but this was poor chips only warm obviously take too many deliveries at same time and not in a hot box Steak pie refried very overcooked white pudding only like warm disappointed won't be vack

Food was cold and very greasy not the usual high standard

Never got the pickled onions or the chilli sauce for kebab,far too much coleslaw over chips , cheese wasn't melted on chips, chips were cold. I would order again as it could of been what I ordered didn't meet my own expectations, portion sizes were generous ,ordering was very easy and the delivery time was excellent, also you guys were highly recommended as best in the are from me friend .
