Products being freshly made, service was quick and friendly. Quality was very good, fritters were massive, maybe not need to order as many mext time 😁

Fish n chips great always had ....but now serving mushy peas bright green out a tin totally shite .won't be ordering them again...spoiled my diner an not only that they reduced the portion size .fish out Iceland nxt come on franks get a grip

Unfortunately we were missing a small fish supper with our order and 3 portions of peas. Some of the tenants chips were also overdone.

Pre-ordered my food, got to Frankies, and was 5 minutes early for the opening. I was given a wave indicating 5 minutes, perfect. On opening, I was greeted warmly by the owner, and was served instantly by a friendly, polite assistant. The other owner also greeted me by enquiring if i was Arturo, and was it the correct order, excellent. The food was served very quickly, and was duly handed over by the pleasant assistant. The food itself was delicious, and still piping hot by the time I took the 10 minute drive home. I had a white pudding supper, which was nice and crispy, and absolutely delicious. The chips were also cooked to perfection. All in all, a pleasant experience all round. Highly Recommend**********

Everything went smoothly. I arrived at the collection time and took them less then 2 min, to prepare the order and place it in the bag ready for me. Food quality very good too.

No salt vinegar on chips and kebab dry no chilli sauce

Very disappointed this time. Fish was too big for carton it was placed in so it was folded under it to wrap. No salt or vinegar as requested and the lid wasn't on peas properly all the fluid had escaped. But I still love your food.

Please ensure staff give customers the whole order when they come to collect. I was home before realising I hadn't been given my drink. This is the person who is giving the customer the ghier meals responsibility.

Chicken was very dry must have yesterday's (friday) ordered on Saturday, peas was not buster peas just peas out a tin mashed up and loaded with salt, chips ok..5/10.

Excellent pizza (as always) highly recommend and fantastic tasting chips

Chips were very undercooked quite soggy and some hard in the middle but everything else was delicious

Always order food from Franks.an it's always good ,on this occasion delivery had taken longer than expected so wasn't as hot. I'm guessing he was busy after football finished lol

Fish batter a bit soggy

Best fish supper in Dundee batter is crispy and fresh unlike other chippers that make the batter soggy. Chips were really good aswell and the fritters and the curry sauce were outstanding aswell would highly recommend frankies it's my go too chipper
