My order was ment to b ready for 6 40 never got out the chipper till 6.55 and I heard 1 of the girls say make sure u get the money of him very cheeky poor service

Chips were far too big and not very tasty, too much potato. The haddock was over cooked, alot of dark crispy bits, fish really thick and firm and chewy, not typical flaky haddock texture and parts looked grey not white which made me wonder if it was a different fish like hake or pollock!?!

Good menu choice and great service.food was really good,the best crispy batter and at reasonable cost.well worth trying.

Smoked sausage’s were good, chips were good, good amount of vinegar on them. The pizza I thought was really bland and tasteless. Delivery was fast and within just over an hour. Disappointed as I’ve heard nothing but great things about Frankie’s Fish Shack

Food was all great as usual. Fast delivery, piping hot and delicious. My only gripe is the ordering app is really clunky and difficult to negotiate, the old one worked much better.

Excellent pizza as always. Thin base, well cooked, lots of toppings. Chips were fresh cooked and not greasy. Fritters were huge and crispy. Frankie's has been our "go to" for pizza and chippie food since they opened.

I arrived 5 minutes earlier than my collection time and had to wait another 10 minutes for my pizza order which had been sitting in the food warmer since before I arrived for collection. Staff member was not very friendly when I asked if the pizza would still be hot, she said it would be.

Great food as always. Piping hot when it arrived. Didn’t have to wait too long.

Chips required longer in fryer, spam fritter to big and soggy, fishcakes frozen processed rubbish with no real fish in them, why cant they make homemade fishcakes with real fish, which can also be frozen

For a large fish it was very thin and not much flavour .
